What I can do for you
I offer copy-editing, proofreading and proof-editing services and can also do manuscript assessments if required, albeit from the perspective of an experienced, knowledgeable amateur. I am competent across a wide range of genres, although I prefer not to work on specialized non-fiction books.
Rates
I do not use a ‘one-size-fits-all’ pricing strategy but instead prefer to prepare a quote tailored to you as an individual, and which is usually based on viewing a sample of your work. Everyone writes in a different way and the level of editorial intervention required varies widely from client to client. Rest assured that my prices are always fair, reasonable and competitive.
